• Operated across Windows, AWS, and email-security workstreams in a six-engineer group, cross-functioning between on-prem and cloud teams as the shared resource bridging both.
• Ran 12+ AWS accounts hosting parks, recreation, and payment platforms for state governments and international clients, averaging $50K+ per month each.
• Executed monthly patch cycles across five environment tiers for 1,500+ servers; monitored 24/7 via Nagios with monthly on-call.
